Subject to Clause 7 above regarding the availability of products and barring any extraordinary circumstances, we will try to send the order consisting of the product / s listed in each Order Confirmation before the delivery date set out in delivery Confirmation in question or, if this were not specified any delivery date, within 15 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
However, delays may occur for any of the following reasons:
1. Customization of products;
2. Unforeseen circumstances, or
3. Delivery Area
If for some reason we can not meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. Please note however we are not delivering on Saturdays or Sundays.
For the purposes of these Conditions, be deemed to have produced the "delivery" or that the order has been delivered at the time of signing the receipt at the agreed delivery address.
If after two attempts we proves unable to deliver your order,we will try to find a safe place to leave it. Also, we will leave a note indicating where your order can be found and how to collect it. If you will not be in the place of delivery at the agreed time, please get in touch with us to arrange delivery for another day.
In any case, to collect your order, you have a period of 30 days from the date following the procedure established in these Conditions, be informed that your order is available. If after this period, you have not picked up your order, we understand that you want to cancel the Contract and we will consider it solved. Following the termination of the Agreement, we will refund the price paid for such goods as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which under the provisions of this Clause consider termination of the Contract.
